The Trade Desk, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit - TTD

The filed complaint alleges that The Trade Desk, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Trade Desk was experiencing significant, ongoing, self-inflicted execution challenges rolling out the Company's AI forecasting tool, Kokai, including transitioning clients to Kokai from the Company’s older platform Solimar; (2) such execution challenges meaningfully delayed the Kokai Rollout; (3) Trade Desk’s inability to effectively execute the Kokai Rollout negatively impacted the Company’s business and operations, particularly revenue growth; and (4) as a result of the above, Defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

In order to be eligible to join the TTD class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of The Trade Desk purchased during the class period listed above.

If you suffered a loss in The Trade Desk during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until April 21, 2025 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
