Amdocs Limited Investigation Details

Amdocs Limited shares opened down roughly 30% on November 4, 2026, after the Company reported fiscal Q4 2026 results and issued fiscal 2027 guidance projecting a 7%-11% revenue decline in constant currency and a 26%-30% non-GAAP EPS decline. The lowered outlook was driven substantially by an escalating legal and commercial dispute with T-Mobile, the Company's second-largest customer during fiscal 2025. Both parties issued mutual breach notices asserting material breaches of contract and threatened termination and arbitration. In an earnings presentation filed on Form 6-K on November 4, 2026, the Company acknowledged a dispute concerning recently signed agreements with T-Mobile that escalated into a legal dispute during the last quarter. However, on an August 5, 2026 earnings call, CEO Shimie Hortig stated, "At T-Mobile, we have made significant progress with the large U.S. cellular integration project, and we are on schedule to complete it." The investigation concerns whether Amdocs Limited adequately disclosed its escalating commercial dispute and potential contract risks with T-Mobile ahead of the issuance of its fiscal 2027 guidance on November 4, 2026.
