(“Apollo”) (NYSE: APO). Under the terms of the transaction, the affiliate of the Apollo Funds will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Tech Data common stock for $130 per share.

The Tech Data merger investigation concerns whether the Board of Tech Data breached their fiduciary duties to stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before agreeing to enter into this transaction and whether the affiliates of Apollo are underpaying for Tech Data shares, thus unlawfully harming Tech Data shareholders.
