Megalith Financial Acquisition Corp. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has commenced an investigation into the fairness of the merger of Megalith Financial Acquisition Corp. (“MFAC” or the “Company”) (NYSE: MFAC) with BankMobile Technologies (“BankMobile”). Under the terms of the merger, the combined company will be named BM Technologies, Inc. and be listed on the NYSE. Following the merger, Customers Bank, the parent company of BankMobile, will be the largest stockholder of the combined company.

The MFAC merger investigation concerns whether the Board of MFAC has harmed stockholders by agreeing to enter into this transaction and whether all material facts have been properly disclosed to stockholders.
