Monaker Group, Inc. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has commenced an investigation into the fairness of the share exchange agreements entered into between Monaker Group, Inc. (“Monaker” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MKGI), Hotplay Enterprise Limited, and certain stockholders of Axion Ventures, Inc. Under the terms of these agreements, Monaker shareholders will retain ownership of less than 20% of the combined company.

The Monaker investigation concerns whether the Board of Monaker has harmed stockholders by agreeing to enter into this transaction and whether all material facts have been properly disclosed to stockholders.
