Sunworks, Inc. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has commenced an investigation into the fairness of the merger of Sunworks, Inc. (“Sunworks”) (NASDAQ: SUNW) with The Peck Company Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PECK) (“Peck”). Under the terms of the merger, each share of Sunworks common stock will be exchanged for 0.185171 shares of Peck common stock (subject to certain adjustments).
