Watford Holdings Ltd. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has commenced an investigation into the fairness of the sale of Watford Holdings Ltd. (“Watford Holdings” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: WTRE) to Arch Capital Group Ltd.
