Levi & Korsinsky appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Class Action Against Argos Therapeutics, Inc.

On June 23, 2017, United States District Court Judge Thomas D. Schroeder appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in the class action lawsuit against Argos Therapeutics, Inc., Maurer v. Argos Therapeutics, Inc. (Case No. 1:17-cv-00216) in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. The class action alleges that during the Class Period, among other allegations, Argos Therapeutics made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
