Court Grants Preliminary Approval of Settlement in Class Action Lawsuit Against Applied Optoelectronics, Inc.

Levi & Korsinsky, as sole lead counsel in the class action lawsuit against Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., secured preliminary approval of a full settlement in Rougier, et al. v. Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., No. 4:17-cv-2399-VDG-CAB (S.D. Tex.). The settlement provides the shareholder and optionsholder class with a cash recovery of $15,500,000.
