Levi & Korsinsky appointed Lead Counsel in Class Action Against Depomed, Inc.

On December 18, 2017, United States District Court Judge Jon S. Tigar appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in the  class action lawsuit against Depomed, Inc. entitled Huang v. Depomed, Inc. et al,  3:17-cv-04830-JST (N.D. Cal.). In the order appointing Lead Counsel, Judge Tigar noted the firm's experience as lead counsel in securities class action lawsuits, including lawsuits in the Northern District of California. The class action alleges that Depomed issued materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that Depomed had engaged in questionable practices in connection with the sales and marketing of the Company's opioid products.
