Levi & Korsinsky appointed Lead Counsel in Class Action Against Agile Therapeutics, Inc.

On May 15, 2017, United States District Court Judge Anne E. Thompson appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in the class action lawsuit against Agile Therapeutics, Inc., In re Agile Therapeutics, Inc. Sec. Litig. (Case No. 3:17-cv-00119-AET-LHG) in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The class action alleges that during the Class Period, among other allegations, Agile Therapeutics made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
