Levi & Korsinsky appointed Lead Counsel in Class Action Against SITO Mobile, Ltd.

On May 8, 2017, United States District Court Judge Esther Salas appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in the class action lawsuit against SITO Mobile, Ltd., Roper v. SITO Mobile Ltd., et al. (Case No. 2:17-cv-01106-ES-MAH). The class action alleges that during the Class Period, among other allegations, SITO made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that SITO’s growth of bookings would not propel the Company’s fourth fiscal quarter 2016 media placement revenues and revenue growth to the level represented during the Class Period.
