Levi & Korsinsky appointed Lead Counsel in Class Action Against Gigamon Inc.

On July 26, 2017, United States District Court Judge Edward J. Davila appointed Levi & Korsinsky, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in the class action lawsuit against Gigamon Inc., Rodriguez v. Gigamon Inc., 5:17-cv-00434-EJD (N.D. Cal. July 26, 2017) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The class action alleges that during the Class Period, among other allegations, Gigamon made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
