Levi & Korsinsky Makes Settlement Announcement To Those Who Acquired ATB Tokens Between June 12, 2017 and September 15, 2017:

On March 29, 2022, the Court ordered that Levi & Korsinsky, in the case Balestra, et al. v. ATBCOIN LLC, et al., publish notice of a proposed settlement. The Notice is to all persons or entities that purchased or otherwise acquired ATB Tokens between June 12, 2017 and September 15, 2017, inclusive, while located within the United States, and were damaged thereby.
