L&K Appointed Lead Counsel for Biovie Shareholders

On April 15, 2024, Judge Larry R. Hicks of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada consolidated two securities fraud class actions filed against Biovie, Inc. on behalf of shareholders. Judge Hicks also approved Levi & Korsinsky, LLP as Lead Counsel in the consolidated case, which is designated  In re Biovie Inc.
