On December 8, 2022, a Lead Plaintiff was appointed in the class action lawsuit captioned Gilbert v. Azure Power Global Limited, et al., 1:22-cv-07432-GHW. The Honorable Gregory H. Woods, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, signed the order that also approved Levi & Korsinsky, LLP as Lead Counsel for the Class.
