On August 8, 2022, a Lead Plaintiff was appointed in the class action lawsuit captioned Rose v. Butterfly Network, Inc., et al., 2:22-cv-00854. The Honorable Evelyn Padin, United States District Judge in the District of New Jersey, signed the order that also approved Levi & Korsinsky, LLP as Lead Counsel for the Class.
