Plug Power Inc. Lawsuit Update: Lead Plaintiff Appointed

On May 27, 2026, two Co-Lead Plaintiffs were appointed in the class action lawsuit captioned Ortolani v. Plug Power Inc., et al., 1:26-cv-00165-MAD-DJS. United States Magistrate Judge in the Northen District of New York, Daniel Stewart, signed the order that also approved Levi & Korsinsky, LLP and Pomerantz LLP as Co-Lead Counsel in the action.
