Levi & Korsinsky announces it has commenced an investigation of Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (“Axalta” or “the Company”) (NYSE: AXTA) concerning possible violations of federal securities laws.

On October 8, 2018, Axalta issued a press release announcing the resignation of CEO Terrence Hahn “following an investigation by outside counsel into conduct by Mr. Hahn unrelated to financial matters that Axalta believes was inconsistent with Company policies.”
