By your signature above, you confirm that have retained Levi & Korsinsky, LLP and agree to serve as a lead plaintiff in an action against K12 Inc. We agree to advance all expenses in the litigation, which means that you are not liable to pay any of the expenses of the lawsuit, whether attorneys' fees or costs. Regardless of the result, we will never ask you to directly pay for any attorneys' fees or costs. Should we obtain a favorable result, we may ask the court to award us compensation and reimbursement of expenses to be paid by the defendants or as a portion of any benefit, but we will never ask you to directly pay any of the costs of this litigation. Allegations

(i) K12 lacked the technological capabilities, infrastructures, and expertise to support the increased demand for virtual and blended education necessitated by the global pandemic; (ii) K12 lacked adequate cyberattack protocols and protections to prevent the disabling of its computer system; (iii) K12 was unable provide the necessary levels of administrative support and training to teachers, students, and parents; and (iv) based on the foregoing, Defendants lacked a reasonable basis for their positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects and/or lacked a reasonable basis and omitted facts.

Eligibility

In order to be included in the lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of K12 purchased or acquired during the class period listed above.

Lead Plaintiff Deadline

If you suffered a loss in K12 during the relevant time frame, you have until January 19, 2021 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
