Chirag is an associate in Levi & Korsinsky's securities fraud group, where he represents investors in securities class actions and related litigation.
Before joining Levi & Korsinsky, Chirag was a litigation associate where he focused on appellate and dispositive motion practice before the New York Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. His work included briefing appeals and summary judgment motions in matters involving labor law, premises liability, and the serious injury threshold under relevant insurance laws.
Chirag earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where he gained extensive government experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
Prior to law school, Chirag worked at Wells Fargo & Co. in Charlotte, North Carolina, supporting the company's brokerage operations, and later at Ernst & Young and Deloitte in New York City, where he advised financial services clients. A North Carolina native, he earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
